Terrible after-sales service and car failure!!

I recently bought a car from the Brackenfell branch and a week after the purchase the engine head gasket blew and the whole engine seized while i was driving, i didn't even have time to change the ownership. I have been trying to get in contact with Webuycars customer care but no response and i have been to the branch again personally, and still noone has contacted me.

I have just got feedback from the official garage that examined my engine that the motor is condemned and that there is no way to fix it. The quote for a replacement engine is more than what i bought the car for.

I am shocked by the unprofessionalism and careless attitude that webuycars have towards this. My life was threatened my their incapability to inform me of any mechanical problem with the car that i bought from them and still they don't acknowledge my situation or the danger they put me in.

Would not recommend or support again.
