Terrible after sales service
Very disappointed with the after sales service.
An urgent licensing matter has been ongoing, and despite repeated calls and messages, there has been no response or assistance. This has placed us in a difficult position with time sensitive documentation.
Poor communication and lack of accountability. I sincerely hope this is resolved urgently.
