Terrible after sale service. Unbothered agents!

We bought a Ford Ecosport from Webuycars that was rated A Dekra Platinum and after 2 months it had a mechanical failure and their warranty does not cover all the costs. Called them to cancel the finance agreement and the agent assigned to us - Charleston Faure has not gotten back to us over the past two weeks. He seemingly seems to be in meetings every time we call. This is the worst post sale service I have experienced. They never call or update and I always call and end up being on hold or redirected to the agent that never has time
