Terrible after sale service
<p>Bought my new car at the end of May from Webuycars with no issues. Paid the full fee for licencing and registration. I have not till date received my new license plates and registration documents. Sales person was Chris Liebenberg from Cape Town branch. No response received on the status of this. I will not recommend Webuycars to anyone anymore.</p> <p> </p>

I would like to once again, apologize for our neglect towards your transaction. I can assure you that this matter will not be taken up lightly and our Head of Sales has already taken action towards the relevant parties. After much investigation, I was informed that we failed to communicate the correct procedure for you to follow, to license your vehicle. This was a lack of communication slip up from our side and I once again apologize profusely.
As I understand it, our Head of Sales has already contacted you to rectify the situation and to my knowledge, all have been solved?
