Terrible after sale service

I purchased a vehicle from you not too long ago, both the salesperson and FNI person promised me the registration and and finance documents to be delivered within a week after the purchase. I have not received any of these documents. The main reason for the purchase of the vehicle was to travel outside of South Africa, and I need these documents to arrange cross border letters.

Trying to contact both these parties today resulted in no answer.
