Terrable after sales service

Bought a motorbike from the dome Branch.

Were promised a temporary number plate so I can take the bike to be roadworthy as per the DEKRA report I will also receive a voucher to do the roadworthy.

Had to call and follow up constantly with the salesperson "DAWIE" at the dome branch but Dawie was always in a meeting promising to call me back but to no availe ignored numerous WhatsApp, disgusting client service.

From there I called the complaints line, spoke to Ruan a few times who took down all the detail and promised that this issue will be dealt with immediately.

It's now been almost 2 weeks, numerous telephone calls to Ruan, and still no temporary plate and or Dekra voucher.

The concept is good BUT after the sale is done they will drop you like a hot potato.

Will never use them again ...
