Technical glitch

Most disappointing and frustrating experience. Bought two expensive trailers, wanted to buy a third via online bid, was registered and placed by bid, my bid was higher than the existing highest bid, after entering by higher bid , I received a message that I was the highest bidder - I checked every hour to make sure I was still the highest bidder.. after time was up I received another message stating I was the winner of the bid. I drove from Pta to Germiston which is more than an hour drive … upon arrival I was informed I lost the bid, I showed them the messages , screenshots and bid history indicating I won the bid. They denied me the sale , someone who actually bid less than me won the bid which really makes no sense .. I even tried to offer more than the amount I bid but was still refused the sale…All I was told is that nothing can be done it was due to a technical glitch I received the messages that I won the bid… this was the most frustrating , time consuming experience and I will not support them any further
