Supposed investigation - nothing happening - just more delays

After undertaking and response from We Buy/Sell Cars advising that the matter was under investigation : nothing is happening. I was asked to provide supporting documents regarding my request for full refund; which I did, more than one week ago. Emails requesting update are not being answered. So I feel like nothing is being done to resolve the issue - just more delay tactics.
