Succeed on my previous response from We buy cars

Good day Please send this message on all social platforms available, as I will do in my Side On the 24th of July I have sent a message to Hallopeter on my concern with we buy cars, here is what I sent and their response. I have since contacted them by phone left a message ,the person answering the phone said that the specific manager I wanted to speak to was in a meeting, she will give him the message to call me back. TO NO AVAIL. Nothing happened & im still waiting I include my message & their response of the 24th I now want to change come of my comments an add the dates I communicated with them and their responses to me. The next time I have to comment again I will include all the details what was communicated. I have since been to the police to open a case against them, at the time they could not assist me as they needed proof. I have printed all the mails and will make some more cases against them. I will continue with that this morning. Their adverti*****t says they are they are Transparent, hence that can’t even spell the word I don’t think they even know what it means. I have bought a car from them. The discrepancies on the car that was shown to me was negligible. I have spent more than R20k after I have taken it to a respectable mechanic. There were major discrepancies which they did not list or mentioned when the car. Then the car packed up by blowing a gasket. As by law to have the right to be refunded. Which they did less the “usage”. I have sent numerous emails to them to refund me the Items I have replaced. They have said that they would look at it and will refund me. I now have given them enough time to respond. Friday I have given them an email giving them 24 hours before I put it on social media and make a case against them for theft etc. I will be going to loge the case today. I will also contact the ombudsman. These people don’t care about their “customers” as long as they can make a buck. Be very careful if you want to do business with them. I would think 4 times before even considering doing business with them. This report will go al all social media as well. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Do not even consider it.
