Substandard Service from We Buy Cars After Care Sales

I’m extremely disgruntled with the service received from We Buy Cars Germiston. I purchased my vehicle on the 10th of August and was given a temporary permit. The permit expired today and when I called to follow up I was told they were waiting for a road worthy certificate which was done before I collected the vehicle but was supposedly misplaced and miraculously found after I logged the call. I now have to wait another 21 days for the licence documents and my company will not be able to issue a petrol card without a registration number. So I have to pay for fuel for an additional 21 days when I have a petrol benefit that I am being taxed for because someone didn’t do their job properly!!
