Struggling to purchase a car. Can't get hold of any agent

2 cars I've tried to purchase off their site. Agent always give me the contact of the sales agent that is not working, does anyone work?. They never return calls, messages, no way of getting a hold of anyone. An online store but I can't buy anything or contact anyone. One agent said she going to give me the number of the sales agent that is at work, never did, lost out on that car. The Gumtree contacts of the Webuycars ads don't work. It's like they don't want to make money.
