Struggling to get deposit refunded

Be very aware when dealing with WeBuyCars Springfield in Durban. We paid a R5,000 holding deposit for a vehicle we were interested in. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful with our vehicle finance application, thus WBC had to refund us the deposit. We are now struggling for more than a month to get the deposit refunded while on the WBC website they state it will be done within 72 hours.
