I spoke to an agent about sending my documents to postnet, it was confirmed that it was done.

Two days later I'm expecting communication from postnet but instead we buy cars is still sending me a message to come and pick up the documents.

I then have to call again to make another arrangement for documents to be sent over and nobody in the JHB South is picking up, I don't even know when i will receive the documents

I'm yet to get a reply

I have no idea what could be the challenge because according to my knowledge the papers are ready for collection, all i would like is for them to be sent to one of the Postnet in Potchefstroom
