Still waiting to be called back.
Ryno promised to call me back regarding buying my cars over a week ago. He didn't call back, and when I call looking for him his call center leave me on hold for ever. Bad customer service. The call center ask obvious questions and don't seem to think for themselves.

04 Jun 2024, 11:12I am still waiting for my Astra to be valued and test driven. Your salesmen keep giving me the run around and passing the buck to each other. No one is taking accountability, and when they are not low balling me, they don't commit to an appointment as we had discussed for 09:30 this morning.
