Still waiting for license and registration after 5 months

I purchased a car from the Webuycars Germiston branch 5 months ago and the license and registration still is not done. I have bought cars previously at other dealerships and have never had to wait 5 months for license and registration. Every time I call for an update the responsible person never answers the phone. I am now driving *******ly thanks to Webuycars incompetence and still have no idea when this will be done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from Webuycars, their after sales service is ******* or nonexistent actually. Rather go with a smaller reputable dealership.
