Still no update, still no car

I bought a Land Rover Evoque in September 2024. 3 weeks later the starter motor exploded and I was stuck at the side of the road. Many emails, calls , WhatsApps later (It is now November) the cars starter motor has only been replaced, and its transmission needs to be reset. I was promised 3 weeks ago that it would be looked at and every time I ask for an update or any help I am left with no answer for days on end. I have been without my vehicle for 2 months now, have not been able to get to the office, which affected my pay in this time and job security as well. But still no word, no work, no earnest sense care from customer care on this at all. At this point I believe they are trying to run out the clock, let 6 months pass by, allowing me not to return the vehicle. Now they have change this matter to "Closed" without actioning anything on their side. I still don't have my car that I have paid for and still paying for, its been two months and their are putting my livelihood in jeopardy. Everytime I contact support my matter isn't being looked into, I have to beg for any sort of update. Why does the regional manager have to get involved to get the Richmond Branch to actually do anything? Why does it take HelloPeter posts and a MIOSA case to get them to listen? 2 months later and I still don't have my car, come on guys, be better, do better, or maybe we wont think of you as con artists
