Still have not received my refund

It's over 48hours since I waited for refund from we buy cars Montague Gardens branch in Cape Town, I paid R5000 to hold the car after I discovered that there are issued that were not in the Deka report. The sales person said it will take a maximum of 48hrs to get my refund. It's now over 48hrs and I still have not received a refund.
