I bought a car on the 18th and it stuck on my way home, switching off abruptly. We buy cars sent a towing truck but the manager at Midstream accused me and seemed to blame me for everything insinuating I had put the wrong Fuel, (Petrol instead of Diesel) but after a few days a report from them said the were no faults found with the car the problem arose from a loose battery terminal. I took the car back and it drove for a little less than 2weeks to be precise and did the same thing again, switched off I could not drive back home... Contacted We buy cars and they instructed me to organize a tow truck myself as they will collect it from my home when they did not I contacted them after a few days and they said to find a tow vehicle, take it to a workshop for diagnosis and assured me the costs will be on them, a week later they are denying liability and says they will not be assisting me with anything unfortunately its my problem and emailed me a rejection letter from their Head Office blatantly denying liability
