STEER CLEAR OF WE BUY CARS !!!!!!

i bought a vehicle from webuycars silverlakes and had to pay a deposit that was never paid back, the branch told me i must contact customer care because they do not refund from the Branch. i contacted customer care and the told me to contact the sales guy that just ignored all my calls and WhatsApp's, i send mails to customer care and was ignored again, i phoned head office and they told me the best they can do is to send a mail to customer care to fast track the repayment and so it went on from July 2023 and i still haven't received any payment or reply from this useless bunch of idiots. i phoned head office again today and they confirmed that they have the complaint on their system from about 2 months ago but they will transfer my call to customer care just to find that there is no answer at the customer care line and so it continues. absolutely pathetic service !!!!!! this has been going on for 4 months now and i am no closer to getting this issue resolved. invoice ***.
