Stay away from WebuyCars

I bought a car from Webuycars Gqeberha on the 26-November -2022. I experienced problems with that car the same day and I reported to the salesman who advised me to log a ticket which was assigned to Charleston Ruiters to assist. I was advised by Charleston to take the car to a Car service city of which they could not resolve the issue on the car. Car was taken back to Webuycars and I was told they are in the process of cancellation(no proof provided). The problem is that I don't have a car and Wesbank has been deducting money from my account and there has been no progress from Webuycars to settle amount owed to the bank(only requesting a settlement everytime I call them). Everyday I have to call them ,Manager is not taking calls.Stay way from Webuycars .
