Stay Away from "we buy cars "if you want peace of mind.
Hi WebuyCars, i have been struggling to buy a car from you past a month. All the good cares already reserved always. This is cheating.. if you have stock, all must be open to public, You guys already links to private dealers and sell your good and less milage vehicles to those dealers. All rotten Cars are presented to public. That is not fair. I have been wasted lot of time to go to a branch and come back dishearted every time. If you want to reserve certain vehicles to your beloved dealers, plz dont advertise them. Even though I am a Jozi, Today I sent one of my friends to see a outlander 2014 model advertised for 164000 rands. I have enquired online to see if it is available. i got reply mail it is available. My friend went there. saw that vehicle and liked it. then they say it is gone. I was wondered, there was no sticker on the car to say it is on hold or reserved. it was not mentioned online either. stock code : 12B035786. my friend took so much pain for me to get there Cape Town 2 branch to know this answer. when questioned they say it work like this. It is frustrating experience. Hence plz stay away if you dont want such experience. they sell all good vehicles even before you reach them. we are trying to save few bucks but not at this cost. You never know what is the condition of the vehicle if buying in hurry. Be aware that it is like lottery. you may get lucky or *****ed up. thanks

We cannot allow you to buy a vehicle that you have not test driven and inspected. If you are interested in a vehicle in Cape Town, where are you situated? If you are not located in the same area as the branch, do you have someone that can help you with the inspection?
I have checked the system, this vehicle has been reserved. This means that someone is either in the process of buying the vehicle or a finance application has been submitted on the vehicle. You are more than welcome to keep on checking the website. Should the application against the vehicle be declined or the sale of the vehicle does not go through, you are more than welcome to apply for finance online or go to our Cape Town branch and purchase it cash.

12 Jun 2019, 15:25Hi There, Yes, I live in Joburg, but I have sent a friend all the way to cape town to buy it on my behalf. He inspected the vehicle. I made sure that it was not on hold or reserved for anyone. even when he was inspecting there was no sign of reserved or on hold on the car as well. Firstly the sale guy told that "It is available" then he changed it to "The owner wants to come back and take it. thirdly after few minutes they asked me via whats app video call if I can do EFT. I said Yes. after few minutes they say that it is being sold to some one. I don't really understand why so many versions in with 20 minutes of my conversation. that's why I am bit frustrated. I know the policy of your upcoming company. only thing left for me is to wait for the finance application result or to search for another vehicle. Plz update me about the finance application result. I would prefer to wait for your response and then pay once off, in case if it available. I would be waiting for your reply. my friend would stay there in cape town for couple of days to do the formalities in case If luck is on my side. Thanks in Advance.
