Stay away from We Buy Cars Germiston - Service is **********!

We Buy Cars in Germiston is the worst service provider by far. People there do not take calls or give feedback when dealing with clients who want to buy a car. Listen to that: you want to give them business, but they dont take this seriously!

They failed to assist me with a finance application... And I told them, if you have trouble let me know I can get my private banker to do this on my behalf... but no, they said they could do it, then failed and didnt even bother to give me timely updates. The sales person or the finance lady who were helping me didnt return my calls or respond to my messages.

I eventually asked my private banker to help and we managed to get approval with a great interest rate.

Eventually I got the car after securing it with a 10k deposit as guided on their site, but now I am fighting them to get my deposit back... the sooner I can finish my dealings with them, the better... because wow they dont give truthful feedback and make clients run after them!

Like really??? It was such a pleasure dealing with We Buy Cars Silverlakes! Now to buy a ****** car one must run around after the team in Germiston?!

If you find a car that is at the Germiston warehouse, you can ask for them to send it to another branch, so you don't have to deal with the headache I've had in the last 3 weeks!
