Stay Away From We Buy Cars!!

Warning: Do NOT Buy from We Buy Cars – They Commit ***** and Ignore Customers

I bought a Mazda 3 from We Buy Cars, advertised and documented as a 2.0L Individual. After the sale, I discovered they actually gave me a 1.6 Dynamic — a completely different (and less valuable) vehicle. This is clear *****.

I raised a complaint on their website — no response. I went to the Motor Industry Ombudsman (MIOSA), who ruled in my favor on 2 April. We Buy Cars has completely ignored that ruling. No communication. No resolution. Nothing.

Their customer care is absolutely useless — they don’t answer phones, ignore emails, never call back, and just bounce you around to lines that go nowhere. After everything, they even had the audacity to tell me to raise a new complaint — after MIOSA had already made a decision.

This company cannot be trusted. They misrepresent cars, dodge responsibility, and treat customers with total disrespect.

Avoid We Buy Cars at all costs. They will take your money, give you the wrong car, and leave you to fight alone.
