Stay away from We buy cars

Bought a car at We buy cars Midstream 1 month back. When doing inspection we discovered a vibration sound when using aircon.

Long story short, car is broken because the bolts of the aircon pump broke off in the engine block.

I am told it’s wear and tear and I only have the car for a month. Finance over R340k so one would expect the car to give you good service.

Asked to cancel my deal, management at we buy cars declined my request because of wear and tear, didn’t even drive the car for 1000km.

Bought the car as a family car due to my wife giving birth in 2 weeks time now we don’t have a spare vehicle. Moral of the story stay away from We buy cars.
