Staff training needed

Got a pre approval from Wesbank. Went to We Buy Cars Silverlakes on Wednesday. Looked at a vehicle. Then was informed a bank said we have to pay R108 000 deposito. We told the sales person we are pre approved why must we pay a deposit. The deposito is nearly the whole price of the vehicle. Then we where told that we have to look at a newer model (2016) we looked and still they came back and said it was not approved at other banks. We again told the salesperson to tell the lady working with transactions that we are already pre approved at Wesbank. After 5 hours waiting we eventually went to the lady and showed her the pre approval. She said sorry they misunderstood and it is not actually her job. She is standing in for another person who is off for the day but she will obtain the OTP number from Wesbank the next day as the banks was closed (which is today Thursday 2 May 2024) it is now 16:33 and had no call from We Buy Cars to inform us of the progress. I am not a happy camper. The service is not good. What is happening here? Don't they want to make money or is Wesbank not good enough? And why is a person given someone elses job when they are not able to do it?
