Staff *****ing and swopping out parts

Your staff are *****ing and swopping out parts on your cars after clients have decided to purchase, this is happening in the period after viewing and before clients take delivery, my daughter just purchased her first car, a 2018 VW up with +- 44000km at the time on the clock, she took delivery on the 25/02/2025 and the car is in pristine condition, everything working as normal, when we looked at the car everything was perfect from the front to the back including the tyres, when i say tyres i mean all 5 (spare included), the car currently has good tires on it and you can see that they have done about 2000km to 3000km, except for the one tyre that was just replaced when we saw it on the show floor, it was the front left replaced with a R900 tyre when we checked for pricing today, so currently my daughter has basically driven the car for a month as she did not drive it for the first week or two and is currently sitting with 44 598km on the clock, we live 8km from her work, unfortunately she hit a pothole this morning and this reveling what has happened after viewing the car at your premises, i want to say thanks to the guy that then helped her with assisting in changing her tyre, she hit the new tyre that was replaced when we saw the car on the shop floor, so this gentleman pulled off the wheel cover only to find 3 wheel bolts, (the security bolt/ nut is missing with the security bit from the cars boot), also when pulling out the spare wheel they were shocked only to find that it looks like it has done 90 000km, when i looked at the spare wheel on the showroom floor it had a new tyre tread on it, how does a car with 44598km have a spare wheel with 90 000km on it, the previous owner looked after the car as we can see in the condition of the car, from front to back is perfect even the interior, also why would someone remove all the security bolts from their car leaving the mags vulnerable to be ****** in our country, all 4 wheels only have 3 bolts in them?, when i got home this evening i pulled off the other wheel covers to find this, if the mags got ****** who's fault would it be, this security wheel bolt can only fit this type of car as it is smaller than a normal wheel nut, with this finding today i cannot trust you guys and wont be considering buying another car through you as things are happening after viewing the car, the service was great but you have ******* in your business and us as the consumer are getting ********** as we only find out afterwards, if my daughter did not hit the pothole today we would never have known that these parts have been changed and removed, now we need to fork out at least R2k just to buy the wheel security nuts as you can only get them from VW and then another R3k for a spare wheel as im not going to put on a stupid firestone, the current swopped spare wheel is a firestone and has rust marks around the rim, VW will never issue a new car with a firestone tyre, someone in your dealership drives a VW UP and has swopped out the parts, i have stopped my daughter from driving the car until we replace the tyre as the spare is unsafe, i hope you catch them.
