Springfield branch Durban. This is probably my 5th or 6th negative review about this branch. Despite numerous calls, emails and WhatsApps I am still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later. The incompetence is astounding. A branch overcharges you when you collect a car because they have no decent communication between staff or any idea what is going on. Then are unable to process a refund? I am also still waiting for clarity on a second hidden DEKRA report finding? No acknowledgment from the branch manager in emails sent! Totally unacceptable service from this branch.
