Speeding with customer vehicles

In August I sold my car to We Buy Cars. I dealt will Matthew Oosthuizen from the Durban branch. During the test drive of my vehicle he decided to disregard the speed limit which resulted in a fine. I contacted him with proof that the fine was as a result of his negligence. He agreed to pay however has to date not done so.

I contacted We Buy Cars and was asked to send through a complaint. I did so but my complaint was just ignored.

A reputable company should take responsibility for their negligence and now that the sale has been completed should not pretend that this never happened.

I guess We Buy Cars is not so ethical and reputable.
