Sorry It's Been Sold!!!!!!!!!!!
If there was a no star I would rather give a 0 rating. Let me try keep this short, I inquired on a vehicle (stock 9fef04725), probably 7 times on 20 July 2022 as I was desperate to not lose this bike. Eventually a lady phoned me about my request, I explained myself clearly that this is my bike. She made it clear that this JP person would contact me, who did not, until now 21July 2022 14:30 as I am writing this review, still hasn't phoned me. So this morning I did another 2 inquiries for someone to phone me as the 087 number is just a nightmares'! I left the office at 08:50 to go there and do the deal. I managed to find a sales guy's cell number at the Silverlakes branch, I explained to him again, sent him the stock number on WhatsApp. He said don't worry come through I'll go get the key so long. Now I start relaxing because I am speaking to a person and I have him on WhatsApp. I 1st drove to Midstream which was the wrong branch, I phoned him and he said don't worry I am waiting for you! Got to the correct branch, met with sales person, showed me the bike, we tested it. I was now starting to feel so lucky that I am finally going to purchase this Quad Bike I have been looking for, for so long. I sent him POA and ID copy. Now just the payment. Then he walks away, saying there is something wrong with his tablet, comes back and says sorry, but the bike has just been sold!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do I now just get rid of this excitement??? I could finally see how I ride with my son's and wife and our friends, I could literally feel it. I am struggling to except what happened to me today. The branch manager said "all I can say is sorry, we'll look for another one". How can another customer just buy it while I am there? Since yesterday I have been on this unit's case with WEBUYCARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost all my respect for this place I will never forget what's been done to me today. I honestly, I am sitting here thing what else to type, I haven't felt this sad . . .
