Sold me a GREEN car marked as PLATINUM

Sold me a ''Platinum/ A'' car and 3 weeks later it failed its roadworthy. I let WeBuyCars know and they very quickly paid for the repairs. BUT - ethically - they should have realised that this was in NO WAY a Platinum car. Their website very clearly indicates that any car failing roadworthy for ANY reason - is a GREEN car. I would never have bought it had it been marked as GREEN...especially not at the price i paid.

I didnt realise i had been sold a dud. they pulled the wool over my eyes. only 6 months later when i wanted to upgrade car and got this car valued did the webuycar rep tell me there was NO WAY my car was every a platinum.

I raised a complaint and was told to go get quotes etc for repairs. I dont think that should be MY resonsibility! running around for them? I have said to. I have sent my complaint and documents and request for solution and they are simply IGNORING me.
