Sold a vehicle without a cartalyic converter...

I am very dissappointed by how we buy cars have cheated and **** about the condition of the vehicle i bought cash.

I bought Mercedes E*** for R147 000 at 155 000km.

I went through the Dekra report which I didn't have an issue...

It had 2 smooth tyres; left stabilised link cover damaged...exhaust poorly repaired.....pictures attached for damaged parts.

I took the vehicle to replace the stabilizer link at Mercedes Benz... To my surprise I was inform by the technician that this vehicle cartalyic converter has been either removed purposely or ******.....

I was never informed this vehicle has no cartalyic converter; i would have not bought it...

On picture of the exhaust from Dekra it doesn't show where the same has been removed.

When I enquire from the sales person ; she said she will ask her manager...to.my should they telling me now after buying that it was removed by the previous owner; and no where in their report it indicates that it was removed; and no pictures showing where it was and repaired...

They say they committed the pictures because it's not a roadworthy issue...

This is the second vehicle i am buying from them in less than 6 months.now I feel frustrated cause it emits some unbearable gas when driving.; you can't even drive it with Windows opened; clearly its some carbon monoxide emitted....

This vehicle is bought it on the 13th August 2024 as a gift to my mother and now i can't even take it to her on 24th August 2024 as its her birthday...

I am so frustrated and disappointed at what the company has done to me...

I need help.
