sold a bike that was in an accident and will not give me my money back - false advertising

I purchased a Motorbike from We Buy Cars Midstream. I was told that the bike was never in an accident and perfect to get on a ride out. So, I then drove the bike to my workshop as I am a qualified mechanic. On the way there the bike was shaking and quite unsteady.

To my horror, upon closer inspection;

Right front handle bar broken off Radiator is bent Radiator fan brackets were modified left hand side timing cover is broken Tires are worn (this was visible and I was fine with this aspect) Engine block is cracked

Basically, the bike was in a major accident and fixed up to a point that without having a decent look at it with the covers off you are not able to see.

WE BUY CARS refuse to refund me on my purchase. I do understand that there are terms and conditions involved but this is absolutely unacceptable as what I was sold and was made to believe was was not what I got.

I ask that someone contact me immediately to resolve this as per THE CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT.
