So very impressed
It is very, very rare that you experience good services anymore, from the beginning until the end of the a transaction, but this is something that We Buy Cars delivered. From first logging a request to the website, to the visit, to the purchase, to follow ups that happened afterwards, it was all like clockwork. <br> <br> Congratulations! Please don't change!

Some people get so anoyed with us when we don't take their detail over the phone, when we insist that they do th eOnline Application.
Some have a strong preference to be helped in person, they don't want to go Online to complete a form.
They obviously then proceed to the next part of what always follow and that is they are just asking you to give them an idea of what you would pay for their vehicle, they phrase and tone that sentence like you should be able to just quickly tell them.
Obviously there are as many different brands and makes and variations on the road as there are types of fynbos on Table Mountain.
And we are supposed to give a thumbsuck value on demand for any year-model or mileage combination.
Such a person is then bound to phone you back in two weeks after you have spoken to 500 other people, and tell you you said you will give x-amount on my car, you must now come and buy it. That, while what you said in fact is that you would consider it roughly between two amounts, they then conveniently only site the best amount of course.
For that reason we prefer to not give prices over the phone any more.
Soon we would employ a small call-centre and they would assist...
