Slow service

We drove 2 hours friday to look at some vehicles at the dome found one, and it was indicated tyres should be changed and that it will not take long we indicated we'll come back the next day to give them enough time to do all thats needed. Went back the next day just to find none of the things were done as promised had to wait 7 hours to get everything done but left the vehicle unwash as it would have delayed the process even more. Employees were friendly but service was slow to completion. This can improve.
