The worst place ever to buy a car. **** dekra reports, no one ever gets back to you. We bought a Mazda 2 from the Germiston branch. Trunk would not open. So I took it to Mazda. They had it on the computer and said it is a faulty bcm. I reported it to we buy cars that same day. It was 3 days after buying the car. They then after 3 weeks told me to take it to Bosch for a quote. R20000 for the repair which they did not want to pay, and also this problem was not on the so called dekra report. To me that means they never had it on a computer . They said I can choose another car from any of the branches. So I said I will go ahead and look at the cars but if I don't like anything I want a refund. Took the car back 15 April 2022. I didn't find anything. They told me not to drive further with the car or they will charge me per km. I had to pay someone to come get me as we stay in meyerton. A week later now, no car no money. Lame excuses every day. They say they are the biggest of their kind in South Africa. All proud but I am sure it is not going to be the case in the future. This is steeling. When do I now start charging them for my money that they are not giving back? Notice how they don't even read the hello Peter complaints. They don't care. I don't know what to do anymore just to get my money back
