Silverlakes non existent customer service
Worst customer service received from Silverlakes branch, sales person does not contact you, if you don't phone them you will not hear from them. Maybe I just had a useless sales person dealing with my purchase. If I did not really like the car they had, I would have bought one somewhere else.

This problem has still not been resolved. I have had the car for 90days, out of that 90days it has been in a repair shop for 42days. And till now the problem is still not fixed. I am very close to returning this vehicle for a refund as it is not bringing me any joy. In the meantime, over 13k has been spent on this vehicle to have it fixed and the problem still persists.

I need this to be sorted out asap or the car needs to be returned with a full credit/ refund.....
