SICK AND TIRED WITH THIS CAR CASE, I WANT MY FULL REFUND ASAP!!!!

I still have not received no response about my car refund since since I first asked on the 9.01.23 ,being troubled with this car on the first day I drove it home from we buy cars when I bought it last year October. this car is giving me problems more and more even scared, I almost had an accident when the breaks couldint hold, how long should I keep waiting or I should first have an accident and die? yet I need to be mobile. white smoke coming out from exhaust when I start it, car is jerking, it make a strange sound. We buy cars are taking for ever to take their car and give my full refund, since the day I bought this car it has been problems after problems and the mechanic seems not to know how to fix it. Simphiwe told me I will get a respond before last week ended but still I'm waiting or should I just take it back and leave it in the branch. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER CAR FROM WEBUYCARS, I just WANT MY FULL REFUND!!!! 😡
