SHOP AROUND - EVEN BETWEEN BRANCHES OF THE SAME ENTITY

Bought a vehicle from Midstream Branch just over a week ago, and the experience was fair to good; certainly much much better than what I experienced at Silver Lakes Branch end of last year which was the worst ever administrative fudging I had ever experienced... (Silver Lakes took four weeks to pay back "holding deposit", then messed up with the registration [they did not see the RWC had expired, requested me to obtain one at my cost and the refund for the RWC took even longer...) The only advice for potential customers, and buyers all over is "CAVEAT EMPTOR, even and especially the accompanying support services...!" Vehicles were good as I had assessed it thoroughly before deciding and paying,but the above admin fumbling taught an old dog a few new things
