Shoddy service and lack of feedback

I recently bought a car from we but cars. The adverti*****t on the website said the car came with spare keys. However full payment and delivery, the spare key was not given to me. I repeatedly asked the sales person and he said he would get back to me. He has still not been in touch. I am also still waiting for the Natis papers for the vehicle I bought.

Spare keys are expensive for this car
