Shockingly Poor Service

I am beyond frustrated at this point. I found a car on the webuycars website. I enquire and book a test drive. I get a call from the sales guy (Thando), who by the way was extremely *********** during the whole process, he tells me that the car was sold. I asked him how it was sold when I had put it on a 2 hour hold while I make my way to the branch (Midstream). I told him I don't want to hear apologies, I just need va**** answers. I was later informed that the car wasn't sold, but was pulled off the floor due to non police clearance and that it would be ready by Tuedsay morning At this point I can only view the car, I can't test drive it. Come Tuesday morning and no one is contacting me, I get an email saying that the car was sold yesterday. Thando said he'd investigate and get back to me and he didn't, no he's not taking my calls. I spoke to his manager and all he said was that they have such a large number cars in stock and sometimes these things happen. Can someone explain this **** to me in Xhosa because I'm clearly missing something.
