Shockingly Bad Service from WE BUY CARS!!

I purchased a BMW X3 from We Buy Cars on the 17th of September and have encountered numerous problems with the car since day one. All issues have been reported to Vernon Grobler the salesman in Germiston, and Charleston at their after-sale customer services department. The DEKRA report on the BMW stated that EVERYTHING on the vehicle, except for the tyres were in a "Very Good" condition, and it was for this reason that I purchased the vehicle. Numerous fault codes, including drive train issues came on, oil was leaking from the exhaust, and the car went into full on limp mode. After consultation with Charleston, it was agreed that the vehicle be taken directly to BMW for a full inspection and diagnostics (at their cost). BMW determined that there were R96000's damages/repairs that needs to be carried out on the car. I submitted the BMW report and estimate to Charleston and reported it via email to both him and Vernon Grobler (Germiston Branch). It was agreed with Charleston that the deal/financing will be cancelled due to the fact that the car is not trustworthy, unreliable, and definitely not in the condition as advertised, and he informed me that it will take 6 to 10 days which I accepted. Charleston was supposed to arrange for the vehicle to be collected from BMW, and stored at their Beacon Bay Yard (East London) for collection. I have now since Friday last week received NO feedback from Charleston as to where my car is, and what the status or progress is on the deal that needs to be cancelled. The DEKRA report was definitely not a true reflection of the condition of the car, and places major doubt and concerns on the credibility of a DEKRA report, as well as on vehicles advertised by We Buy Cars!! They are completely ignoring my requests for feedback, and I therefore have NO IDEA where my vehicle currently is, and whether the deal is in the process of being cancelled. Absolutely unprofessional and ********* conduct by employees from We Buy Cars!! If I do not receive written feedback by 17:00 this afternoon, I am reporting my car as ******!!
