Shocking service Webuycars

I found a vehicle on Webuycars in Durban (I am in Cape Town). After weeks of numerous discussions, making sure the vehicle is in good condition, arranging finance etc my wife and I finally make the trip to Durban to collect the vehicle. On arriving, I do an inspection before signing the agreement.and I take the car for a quick test drive. As I drive out their yard, I immediately picked up the gearbox is faulty. The gears were grinding between changes. I was shocked and disappointed as the vehicle went through all their checks, went to Dekra for a comprehensive check then to COR for roadworthy and NOBODY picked up the gearbox needed replacing..Webuycars immediately abandoned the deal. No-one would take my call. The salesman Raj disappeared,his manager Jaco disappeared. We tried speaking to there Branch Manager but she is protected and one can only speak to her via messages through the call center. We were left stranded in Durban and had to find our own way back to Cape Town having incurred travel and accommodation expenses and Webuycars refused to speak to me offer an apology. Nothing. What a shocking unprofessional company to deal with. Avoid at all costs
