Shocking service - We Buy Cars PE

I am purchasing a car from We Buy Cars in PE and the service has been appalling. The whole process has been extremely frustrating, and the service has been really bad from the sale rep to the F&I Manager. I haven't received feedback from them in days, and they both just ignore my calls and messages. It took a whole week for the F&I manager to make contact with me, and now that I have signed the OTP, I am not receiving feedback from anyone! Also impossible to get hold of a manager or anyone on their contact number listed online. You hold on the phone forever and nobody answers. I need someone to get back to me urgently as this process has been extremely frustrating and I still don't know when I will get my car. We started the process on the 19th of March, today is the 30th March, and still have no idea when we will be getting the car (it is being transported from PE to Durban branch).
