Shocking service in Nelspruit

I went to Webuycars in Mbombela (Nelspruit) this morning to look at a Land Cruiser Double Cab that I want to buy (flew in from KZN). I arrived at 08h39. The gate was open, so I drove in. I stopped in front of the main entrance, very excited to look at the bakkie. The main entrance was also open, so I walked in. I was some distance into the main floor when the receptionist stopped me, asked what I am doing. I said I was there to look at a car. She bluntly said "we are not open". I said I merely want to look, and she again said "we are not open". I then said how am I supposed to know, if everything is open. She said "it's written on the door". How many people read what's on the door if the door is open? I asked if they are in the business of selling cars, she again said "we are closed". We'll, Webuycars appear to do so well that they can chase customers out. They will never see me again, after souring what I thought would be a great experience.
