Shocking Service from We Buy Cars Managers

I am in the process of buying a car. I was assisted by two outstanding individuals - Akash and Anelize in the Midstream branch.

The managers, however, are the opposite of being helpful and handling customers with care. Kiran and his colleague (who used his size and voice to intimidate) are arrogant, rude and belligerent. They are an awful example to their colleagues and subordinate because they speak down to customers. I’m shocked at their use of language and lack of tact, and passion to assist customer. Faan van der Walt has two individuals who are a threat to the company’s reputation and are going to erode the success of the business in the long run.
