Shocking service - Don't waste your time!

How these people remain in business is beyond me. I have been trying to purchase a Mercedes Benz SLK from them for a week now. Noone appears to care! I've left messages, called the help line, been given assurances someone will contact me...all with one response - SILENCE. I even tried to speak to a manager/supervisor, and was put on hold...FOREVER! The vehicle is at their Brackenfell branch and I've been told 'Chris' would contact me "very soon" - Silence. Then, 'Theodor' will call me back "in a moment" - Silence. Just astounding. I was under the impression that our economy is terrible and people are struggling to put food on the table. Clearly the folks at WBC don't have this issue. My best advice is: DON'T WASTE TIME DEALING WITH *WE BUY CARS*.
