Shocking Service and Poor Quality Cars

I purchased a "PLATINUM" car from the Germiston depot. I had an issue with the adaptive cruise control and a knocking noise on the suspension. I contacted The Innovation Group and they advised me to go to BMW. BMW quoted R42 000 for repairs to the suspension and the car would have to go to a specialist panel beater to sort out the radar. The Innovation Group said that they are not going to pay the claim because the damage was there prior to me purchasing the vehicle. This, accordingly to BMW, is by a roadworthy issue . I reported it on Friday to the F&I at the Germiston depot and Mr Tim Atkinson was copied in on the complaint. As of the 13th March 2025, I have had no feedback. I also lodged a complaint with We Buy Cars head office. Mr Mmatshepo Monama does not return phone calls.
