Shocking service and experience...

What a shocking experience dealing with them, Rossouw is absolute the most bombastic and rude person in this industry. As a startup dealer I feel that they are only eager to turn the numbers but lack severely on the client relationship side. In my opinion they are completely out of touch with the dealers and only push sales. Staff are not trained on cars and know little or nothing of the product they sell. Very disappointed and hope the founders could intervene.
