Shocking service

I recently bought a BMW 1 series urban line from we buy cars, at first i thought the service was great however once you have the car no one cares. When i collected the vehicle the boot lock was not working i was advised by AJ Smith that the mechanic by the name of Martin will come to my place over the weekend to fix the lock i did advise that i will be leaving for a work trip but will make arrangements to be back Friday so i can be there when they fix the car, As i left the dealers on the free way there is a warning light about DRIVETRAIN i was advised it is fixed i have been sending screen shorts since the 10th May also the Radio does not work i advised AJ of the radio his response was they concentrate on mechanical stuff to my surprise i went to fix it myself the amplifier was missing from the and i was not advised of i was told that is my problem i have fix it myself while they failed to disclose that before i even bought the car fine. One time my windscreen was dirty could not seee clearly i tried using the wipers to clean no water came out stopped at a garage tried to fill water again to my surprise it was full when i took to BMW to be checked i was told it is faulty and it must be fixed still informed Martin he advised me that AJ needs to see what he does its not his problem. Really this is a shocking service i finally was contacted by martin he asked me to drive all the way to PTA to fix the boot lock but still the DRIVETRAIN thing is still there for me to fix that i am being charged and the wiper dispenser thing radio shocking service really i will never advise anyone to buy a car there.
