Shocking service

Went to We Buy Cars the Dome today Found the staff extremely unhelpful, you pretty much on your own, need to find the vehicle yourself etc, staff just standing around, then the get snotty with you. Then I found an issue on the Dekra report regarding the tyres If this is the service before you purchase the vehicle i would hate to see after sales service
